1. Rental Agreement Terms

By renting a vehicle from Exuberance Car Rentals, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. These terms constitute a legal agreement between you and Exuberance Car Rentals, operated by The Great House Auto Business Services (ABS) and owned by The Great House Ministries Intl Inc.

Each rental is a separate agreement. Renting a vehicle signifies your acceptance of all terms and conditions outlined herein. If you do not agree with any term, do not proceed with the rental.

2. Driver Requirements

To rent a vehicle from Exuberance, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Possess a valid, non-suspended driver's license
• Have active auto insurance coverage
• Provide proof of identity and address
• Have a valid payment method on file
• Comply with all company policies

Exuberance reserves the right to deny rental to any individual who does not meet these requirements or who has a history of violations with our company or other rental companies.

3. Rental Period & Cancellation

Rental Period: Your rental period begins at the scheduled pickup time and ends at the scheduled return time.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the rental start date receive a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours of the rental start date may incur fees up to 50% of the total rental cost. No-show (failure to pick up the vehicle) results in forfeiture of the full rental amount.

Extensions: Extensions are available subject to vehicle availability and current pricing. Contact us to request an extension.

4. Insurance & Liability

Exuberance provides comprehensive insurance coverage for all rentals. This coverage includes third-party liability, collision, and comprehensive damage.

You must maintain your own active auto insurance policy. Our insurance is secondary to your personal policy.

Deductibles: Regular customers have a $500 collision deductible and $250 comprehensive deductible. Partnership partners have reduced or no deductibles based on their agreement.

Excluded Coverage: Our insurance does not cover intentional damage, reckless driving, traffic violations, or use outside the terms of the rental agreement.

5. Vehicle Care & Maintenance

You agree to maintain the vehicle in good condition during your rental period. This includes:

• Checking fuel level and returning with full tank
• Checking tire pressure and condition
• Reporting any mechanical issues immediately
• Keeping the vehicle clean and free of damage
• Not smoking in the vehicle
• Not allowing unauthorized drivers to operate the vehicle

Exuberance covers all maintenance and repairs. If the vehicle requires service, contact us immediately and we will arrange it at no cost to you.

6. Payment Terms

Pricing: Our rental rates include insurance, maintenance, and roadside assistance. No hidden fees.

Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and digital payment methods.

Security Hold: A hold will be placed on your payment method as security. This hold is released after your rental ends and no additional charges are incurred.

Late Payments: If payment is not received by the due date, late fees of $25 per day will apply. Unpaid balances may result in legal action.

7. Partnership Agreement

Partnership applicants must meet all qualification requirements and pass a background check. Acceptance into the partnership program is at Exuberance's sole discretion.

Minimum Commitment: Partners agree to maintain a minimum monthly rental commitment as outlined in their partnership agreement, typically $1,500.

Stock Ownership: Partners earn company stock based on rental activity and performance. Stock is non-transferable and subject to company policies.

Termination: Partnership may be terminated by either party with 30 days' notice. Termination does not affect previously earned stock or rights.

8. Violations & Penalties

Serious violations may result in account suspension or termination:

• DUI/DWI conviction: Immediate termination
• Driving with a suspended license: Immediate termination
• Multiple traffic violations: Account review and possible suspension
• Failure to maintain insurance: Account suspension
• Non-payment of fees: Collection action
• Damage to vehicle (beyond normal wear): Charges applied

Customers and partners with account suspensions cannot rent additional vehicles until the issue is resolved.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Exuberance Car Rentals is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your rental or partnership.

Exuberance's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid for the rental or, in the case of partnerships, the value of stock earned.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Exuberance, its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the vehicle or violation of these terms.

10. Changes to Terms

Exuberance reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any modifications.

For significant changes that affect active rentals or partnerships, we will provide 30 days' notice.
