Cancellation & Modification Policy
Cancellation Schedule
Daily & Weekly Rentals
7 days before pickupFull refund
Cancel at least 7 days before your scheduled pickup for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 7 days before pickup are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
Monthly Rentals
30 days noticeFull refund minus fees
For monthly rentals, provide 30 days written notice to cancel. Early termination fee of one week's rental rate applies, with remaining balance refunded.
Corporate/Long-term

Cancellation terms are specified in your corporate rental agreement. Contact your account manager to discuss cancellation options.

Changes to Your Reservation
We understand that plans change. You can modify your reservation in the following ways:
Change pickup/drop-off date
Change vehicle type
(subject to availability)
Change pickup/drop-off location
(subject to availability)
Downgrade to shorter rental period
Upgrade to longer rental period
(may incur additional charges)
All changes are subject to vehicle availability and rate differences. Changes made within 48 hours of pickup may have additional fees.
Policy Exceptions & Special Circumstances
- If we cancel due to vehicle unavailability, full refund provided
- If we cancel due to location closure, alternative offered at no extra cost
- If you cancel due to personal illness or emergency, case-by-case consideration available
Important Notes
- • No-shows (failing to appear for scheduled pickup) will be charged the full rental amount
- • Cancellations are not accepted after the start time of your rental period
- • All refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days
- • Credit card processing fees are non-refundable
